Everything on this page so far has been about the apps. That's only half of what's actually going on. We're Simon and Jess, and we run this together: Simon builds and ships the apps with a team of AI agents, Jess runs a reselling business on Vinted. Two different businesses, one household, the same build-in-public approach.

From here, this page widens to cover both sides — not just app launches and update counts, but the reselling side too: what's working, what isn't, and real numbers as they come in.

Same rule as always: no polished highlight reel, no numbers we can't stand behind. Just what's actually happening, updated as it happens.
