ST Studios
ST Studios Publisher — Privacy policy
Last updated 4 November 2026.
ST Studios Publisher is a private, internal tool that ST Studios uses to publish its own videos to the YouTube channels it owns. It uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the channel owner agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Who uses it
Only the studio's channel owner. There is no public sign-up, and the tool never accesses any other person's YouTube account, channel or data.
What it accesses and stores
- An OAuth authorisation for each of the studio's own channels, granted by the channel owner through Google's consent screen and stored only on the studio's own computer.
- The studio's own video files, titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails, which it uploads after the owner approves each post.
- The links to the uploaded videos and the view, like and comment counts of the studio's own videos, kept in the studio's private admin so the owner can see how each video performs. Counts are re-read from YouTube when the admin shows them.
It does not collect information about viewers or other YouTube users, does not use cookies or tracking for this tool, and does not sell or share any of this data with anyone.
Revoking access and deleting data
The channel owner can revoke the tool's access at any time from the Google security settings page at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Once access is revoked the tool can no longer reach the channel. To have the stored links and counts deleted, email the address below and they are removed within 7 days.
