Life Admin — Privacy policy

Life Admin is a private personal assistant built for a single household (its owner and their partner) — not a public product, and not something anyone else can sign up for or access. This page exists so that third-party services Life Admin connects to (for example a bank's Open Banking API) have a privacy policy to link to.

What it stores

Life Admin keeps a private, end-to-end encrypted store of the household's own health, finance, family and home information — entered directly, or pulled in from a small number of connectors the owner has explicitly authorised (for example a calendar or a bank account). Nothing is entered or collected about anyone outside the household.

Where it lives

The store lives encrypted, on hardware the owner controls, with an encrypted backup copy. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train any third-party AI model. Connectors are read-only wherever the provider supports it, and each one can be disconnected at any time, which revokes its access at the provider rather than just hiding it locally.

Third parties

The only outside parties Life Admin talks to are the specific services the owner has personally connected (for example Google Calendar, or a bank via an Open Banking provider), and the AI model used to help read and organise the data, which is never used to train on that data. Nothing is shared with advertisers, and there is no analytics or tracking of any kind.

Your rights

Because this is a private single-user tool with no public sign-up, there is no separate account to delete or export — the owner already has full access to, and full control over, all of their own data.
