ST Studios
Privacy policy
Last updated 11 June 2026.
Our apps use an account to sync your content between devices and keep it backed up. We collect the minimum we need to provide the service, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- Account details — the email address you register with and a securely hashed password (or your sign-in provider identity).
- Your content — the things you create in the app (for example entries, lists, songs or notes), stored so we can sync and back them up for you.
- Support correspondence — anything you send us when you contact support.
How we use it
- To provide the service: signing you in, syncing and backing up your content.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To notify you of important changes to the app or this policy.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We may share aggregate, non-identifying statistics (such as total user counts).
Where it lives
Your data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centres. Access is restricted to ST Studios and protected by industry-standard security controls. We keep it only as long as your account exists.
Cookies
Our apps and website use a single session cookie strictly to keep you signed in. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law (UK GDPR / GDPR) you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us via the support page — we'll complete deletion within 30 days.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We'll post any changes to this policy here, and flag significant changes inside the app.
